At lunchtime, the poolside buffet offers various options, even for those who prefer a lighter meal, while for dinner, an à la carte menu is available in the air-conditioned indoor restaurant. Breakfastis served outdoors by the pool and includes a variety of sweet and savoury dishes – perfect for startingt the day with energy.
Each week, the hotel organises a poolside aperitif with a buffet of appetisers and the musical evening “Desserts Under the Stars”. The “Grill Night” is also held regularly, featuring grilled meat or fish dishes freshly prepared in the garden’s grill area and served poolside. Guests’ favourite dishes include : thick spaghetti with scampi and clams ragout, the chef’s baked lasagne, marinated tuna with soy sauce, grilled beef fillet with béarnaise sauce, Mariver seafood salad, avocado, salmon and almond salad, beef tartare with mustard mayonnaise, and the Mariver tiramisu.
