“Insaor”, in the Venetian dialect, means “with flavour” ans it is the name of the hotel’s restaurant, where everything prepared by the chef is full of genuine, hearty taste. The specialities are traditional local dishes based on fish, vegetables, and salads, all fresh. Junior Family Garden is the hotel’s own vegetable patch, located in the quiet countryside of Cavallino, where seasonal produce is grown and used in the kitchen.
Guests particularly enjoy the weekly live music evenings and themed events during summer.
The day begins with a warm welcome, a good coffee, and – above all – a generous breakfast! First, a hot drink served at the table, followed by a rich sweet and savoury buffet: one of the hotel’s highlights. Homemade cakes, assorted pastries, yoghurts, fruit salad, muesli, dried fruit, and savoury choices including cold cuts, cheese, filled rolls, tartlets, eggs, bacon, and many more delights.
