The chef prepares traditional regional dishes, presenting them in daily show-cooking events: first and main courses prepared with meat and fresh fish, eggs, vegetarian dishes and for those with intolerances and menus for sportspeople. You can lunch and dine either in the dining room or on the spacious seafront terrace Guests staying in suites can dine exclusively at Privé Beach Restaurant. On Wednesdays, the breakfast buffet, which is served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. is accompanied by the elegant background music of the piano. Fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cakes and croissants, cold cuts and cheeses served daily.
